What are your hours of business?
We are a 24 hour key pass fitness center. You can call, text or message us and we can meet to show you the gym. If you are interested in functional nutrition we will see you by appt but will be flexible to your hours.
Where are you located?
We are approximately 20 minutes from Marion, IL; 35 minutes from Carbondale, IL; and about 45 minutes from Paducah.
What does it cost to join the gym?
A monthly gym membership is $35. With a year contract the price is $25. Discounts are also available for a family of two- four members.
Personal training is $35 an hour with discounts if you purchase 10 or more sessions. Fitness classes and massage therapy are available to gym members and nonmembers.
